| SCOPE OF WORK: | 144,000 square foot facility located on the Hillsborough River in downtown Tampa, Florida. Removed existing roof system and installed a new 20-year spec Soprema two-ply modified bitumen roof system. Installation included new lightweight insulating concrete package. Recently performed fastening enhancement as part of their wind mitigation plan. |
