President Mike McEnany - Who's Who Building and Design; Plant City Optimist Club; Plant City Little League Board 2000-2006; Assistant Football Coach Jesuit High School; Member Bell Shoals Baptist Church; The Executive Committee (TEC) 1996-Present; ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) 1991-Present; FRSA (Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association) 1995-Present; NRCA (National Roofing and Contractors Association) 1995-Present; Mississippi State University 1983, graduated, BA in Marketing; State Certified General Contractor 1994; Founded McEnany Contracting 1994; State Certified Roofing Contractor 1986.

Senior VP/General Manager Bruce Goodin - 35 years experience in both commercial roofing and general contracting. Hired by McEnany Roofing for the position of superintendent in October, 1991. Promoted to Senior VP/General Manager in 2005. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: supervision of personnel, safety monitoring, implementation of local and state code requirements and cost control. Serves as Company Representative in meetings with Owners, Architects, Consultants and Inspectors to assure job progress, specification adherence, quality control and owner satisfaction.

VP/Senior Estimator Mark Sloat - 35 years in the roofing industry, from laborer to crew leader to sales manager and partner. Worked on roofing crews, supervised roofing crews, participated on committees pertinent to the roofing industry while serving on WCRCA Board for three years. Seminars/committees included code approvals, licensing, asbestos abatement and OSHA standards.

Branch Manager Dan Noderer - Raised in the construction business as the son of a commercial building contractor. Started in the commercial roofing industry in 1983 as an estimator for Southern Roofing Company. Attended many technical and management level training seminars. In addition, being involved in many large commercial, industrial and institutional roof renovation projects. Started with McEnany Roofing, Inc. in December of 1996 as an estimator and continues to do estimating and project management as well as Branch Manager for the Lake Alfred location.
